SPECIFICATIONS:
- Any recent finished work is admissible, including entries to the recent This is Colorado (TIC) Show or past HFAG shows (2010 and newer).
- Price or NFS designation must remain as submitted.

NOTIFICATION: Acceptance of work into online show will be communicated by email.
AWARDS: Award-winning entries (Best in Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and Honorable Mention winners) will be displayed as such on website (and remain on display until no longer available for sale or subsequent online show)
SALES: Unless work marked NFS, potential buyers will be directed to contact you by email for purchasing arrangements; HFAG will retain no commissions.
RIGHT TO USE OF WORK: By submitting entries to the HFAG Online Show, you affirm your understanding that any images of work submitted may be used by HFAG to promote this particular show and/or the Guild and other Guild events in print, on the web, or in other formats; you thereby grant HFAG royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the submitted images for said purposes.
