The first Alley Arts Show,   featuring work by Heritage Fine Arts Guild members, will be held at the Alley Arts Studios and Gallery. The show will open November 1, 2021 and run through November 30, 2021. Paintings will be exhibited at the gallery located at 2217 W. Powers Ave. in downtown Littleton. This call for entry is open to Heritage members at a cost of $20 for 1-3 paintings.

Registration Deadline:     October 24, 2021, 11 pm
Acceptances Sent:            Wednesday October 27, 2021 by email
Entry Fee:                          $20 - maximum 3 paintings
Delivery of Paintings:       Thursday, October 28, 2021, 9 am-5 pm 
Reception:                          TBD pending the status of the Covid pandemic
After Show Art Pickup:     Wednesday Dec. 1, 2021, 1-5 pm
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS and DETAILS:

  • 2-D original paintings only. No printed images such as photos, silkscreens, etchings or wood prints.
  • Maximum size 154 sq. in. excluding frame and matting. This is an 11 x 14 image or other dimensions that result in the same total area. Smaller paintings are preferred due to venue space limitations.  We’d like to include as many paintings as possible.
  • No works copied from magazines, calendars, other printed sources, or online sources.
  • No artwork that has previously been entered into an art show in Littleton in the past year. 
  • Quality frames with wire hangers. No sawtooth hangers.
  • Painted wrap-around canvases and wood panels​ are acceptable if they are at least 1.5” deep.
  • No paintings that previously won an award at a Heritage Guild show.
  • Paintings cannot be removed before the end of the show unless sold.
  • Painting titles, prices and label details are final once entered. Please label delivered artwork with Your name/ Title/ Medium/ Price or NFS
  • In lieu of commission, we are asking for volunteers to assist in the gallery. Details on days and times will be available soon.​
