Call for Entry

Members may submit up to three entries! Application Fee is $20.00.

​Application Deadline:      Sunday, May 11, 2025, 10:00 p.m. 
Acceptances Sent:           Friday, May 16, 2025
Delivery of Paintings:      Sunday, June 1, 2025, 1:00-2:00 p.m. 
Reception/Awards:           Saturday, June 14, 2025, 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Painting Pickup:               Monday, June 30, 2025, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS and DETAILS for the Best of Heritage/Bemis Library Members Show:

• Application fee is $20.00 for 3 entries per artist member, and ribbons and prizes will be awarded!
• All 2D art must be clean and framed or have finished edges. All pieces must be hung using a D-ring and wire securing system. No sawtooth hangers or metal screw eyes are acceptable.
• Please submit a digital image of each painting along with your Entry Form. Digital images (no larger than 1.5 Mb.) must be cropped to show only the painting (no mat, frame or other background in the picture). 
• Label your image file with your name, the title of the piece, medium, size (framed) and price or NFS (for example: ssmith_Challenge_collage_30x30_475).
• Paintings must be delivered to Bemis Public Library 6014 S. Datura Street, Littleton Colorado, 80120, between 1-2 pm on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Please attach information with your name, title, and price or NFS to the back of your work.
• Buyers will contact the Guild and will be referred to the artist. All sales are negotiated between the Artist and the Seller.
• All paintings will remain at Bemis Library for the duration of the show.
