2025 Show Call for Entry

Heritage Fine Arts Guild

In this show, we are looking for artist's perspectives on:
Connect, Community Compassion
How do you define your community? Show us how the challenge to connect and show compassion in our world looks to you. How can we reach beyond our initial vision and participate in a larger community? Artists will explore connection and compassion for their communities as well as the many diverse beings of varied backgrounds, histories, and species. 

This call for entry is open to Heritage members as well as non-members. The entry fee for Heritage Guild members is $20.00, Non members $30.00. Two dimensional artwork. This is a  juried show with cash prizes.
​Our juror this year is Kathy Beekman, a fine artist who works primarily in pastel. She is also a life coach and mentor. Kathy creates and leads travel excursions that are curated to provide an immersive and connected experience.

  • Now - January 31, 2025:          Entries accepted through the HFAG website
  • February 7, 2025:                     Acceptances sent by email
  • February 21, 2025:                   Delivery of artwork to church
    8am-9am                   
  • February 23, 2025                     Show Reception

Submission Requirements and Details:
The subject of the work should be in keeping with the themes of:
Connection, Community, Compassion
  • Representational and non-representational works reflecting on relationships, collaboration, and community are encouraged. This is a show of 2D artwork that will be hung in the art space/hallway of the church. We also have several display cases that will display 2D miniatures and small 3 dimensional works.
  • No minimum size - Larger format work is encouraged. Weight restrictions - all pieces must be under 25 pounds. Three dimensional and miniatures must be smaller than 10 x 10 inches to fit inside the display case. We are sorry, but photography-only artwork will not be accepted.
  • All 2D art must be clean, and framed, or have finished edges. All pieces must be hung using a D-ring and wire securing system. No sawtooth hangers or metal screw eyes are acceptable.
  •  Up to 3 entries allowed.
  • Please submit a digital image of each painting along with your entry form below.
    Or email your images to [email protected]. Digital images must be cropped to show only the painting (no mat, frame or other background in the picture) and must be no larger than 1.5 Mb.
  • Label your image file with your name, the title of the piece, medium, size (framed) and price or NFS.(example: jsmith_Hope_collage_30x30_275)
