A Heritage Fine Arts Guild Members-Only Show
Install your best art at a prime local venue, in front of Littleton Arts Patrons!
The Heritage Fine Arts Guild has the opportunity to show our work in the Stanton Gallery during the months of October-November.
The art will be seen by season ticket holders and the public
during the fall line up of shows and throughout the day.

Show Dates October 20 - November 16, 2025
This call for entry is open to Heritage Fine Arts Guild Members. The entry fee is waived for members who have paid their annual dues by September 30th 2025. Since this is a public venue, members will be encouraged to support the Town Hall Arts Center with your “affordable art” pieces, help out and attend the reception, and assist with hanging, and replacing your art pieces as you sell them.
The Town Hall Arts Center will handle the sales from their patrons and charge the artist 10% of the sales price. This will cover sales tax and handling fees. The artist will be contacted and can replace their piece with a similar-sized piece until the end of the show. Please read through the submission criteria and dates closely.

Important Show Dates:
- Sept. 4 - Sept. 30, 2025, 5pm Submissions Accepted
- Wednesday, October 1, 2025 Acceptances sent by email
- Monday October 20, 2025 Delivery of artwork to the Town Hall Arts Center 10am-12noon
- Thursday October 23, 2025 Reception 4pm-6pm for Happy Hour
- Monday November 17, 2025 Artwork Pick up 10am-12noon
Submission Reaquirements:
- All art must be clean, and framed, or have finished edges. All pieces must be hung using a D-ring and wire securing system. No sawtooth hangers or metal screw eyes are acceptable.
- Up to 3 entries allowed. Depending on the number of entries, you will be advised about how many pieces you will be allowed to install.
- Please submit a digital image of each painting along with your entry form - include artwork details (title, size, medium, price)
- Submit images via the Entry Form Below
- Or email your images to [email protected] (include artwork details (title, size, medium, price).
- Digital images must be cropped to show only the painting (no mat, frame or other background in the picture) and file size must be no larger than 1.5 Mb.
- Assign your image file name to include your name, the title of the piece, medium, size (framed) and price or NFS.(example file name: jsmith_Hope_collage_16 x 20_275.jpg).
- You will be notified by a Heritage guild member if one of your pieces has sold. It will be your responsibility to coordinate with the Show committee to replace your art.
